1. Product Nature

Our paydirt may be either natural (raw) or manufactured (enhanced).

Raw paydirt is sourced directly from natural locations and may or may not contain gold or other valuable materials.
Manufactured paydirt is processed and may have gold or other materials intentionally added to enhance the customer experience.

We do not guarantee that any specific amount of gold or value will be recovered unless explicitly stated in the product description.

2. No Guaranteed Returns

Gold recovery results will vary based on skill level, equipment, and process used. We make no guarantees regarding profitability or return on investment.

3. Assumption of Risk

By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

Panning and processing paydirt involves variability and uncertainty
You are responsible for how you process the material
Loss of fine gold can occur during handling

4. Product Descriptions

We strive to accurately describe each product. If a bag is labeled as “guaranteed gold,” it means gold has been added, but exact recovery amounts may still vary due to user handling.

5. No Refunds on Opened Product

Due to the nature of the product, all sales are final once the paydirt has been opened or processed. Refunds or exchanges may only be offered for unopened products at our discretion.

6. Educational & Recreational Use

Our products are intended for recreational and educational purposes. They should not be considered a reliable source of income or investment.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

Loss of gold during processing
Misinterpretation of product descriptions
Any damages resulting from use or misuse of our products

Return and Refund Policy

30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy for any reason, you may return your item within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow several business days for processing.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. In those cases, please contact us so we can make it right.
